ATTORNEY BIO

Clay was born in Orville, Washington in 1940 and retired as a Major from the United States Marine Corps in 1978 after 20 years of service. He spent his last two years in the Marine Corps serving as a Special Courts Martial Judge with the JAG Corps. Clay practices law in the following areas: personal injury litigation, wrongful death and arbitrations.
