Clay A. Brumbaugh
Clay was born in Orville, Washington in 1940. He was admitted to the California bar in 1972 and the North Carolina bar in 1978. Admitted to courts: 1979, U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina.
Clay practices law in the following areas: personal injury litigation, wrongful death and arbitrations.
He attended the University of Colorado (B.A., 1963); Hastings College of Law (J.D., 1972).
Clay retired as a Major from the United States Marine Corps in 1978 after 20 years of service. He spent his last two years in the Marine Corps serving as a Special Courts Martial Judge with the JAG Corps.

Ken was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1961. He was admitted to the Georgia bar and the North Carolina bar in 1986. Admitted to courts: 1990 U.S. District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Ken practices law in the following areas: workers' compensation, personal injury litigation, wrongful death, trials in state and federal courts and arbitrations. He is a board certified workers' compensation specialist through the North Carolina State Bar. Mr King was recently appointed to a three year term on the North Carolina Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section Council. He is also a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers and is a frequent lecturer.
He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.S. 1983); Mercer University (J.S. cum laude, 1986); Naval Justice School, Newport, Rhode Island (graduated with honors, 1987).
